Payroll processor ADP's report today being Wednesday , that a total of 179000 jobs in July were added. That's a great deal. U.S have had records recently shoinghow much they have grown in employment rate. But some economist still feels that the job offer is declining.

According to USA TODAY, employers added a booming 287000 jobs in June, the stats given labor departments , but that likely reflected pent-up demand after  a meager 11000 additions in May. In the half of 2016, monthly job growth has averaged the 171000, well below the torrid 251000 pace of 2014 and 229000 as at 2015.

This report will be made this Friday and according to USA TODAY, this will be part of series of data to be considered when making a decision on as to whether interest rate will be raised this September or not.he last time the benchmark rate was lifted was in December and ever since then, it has remained unchanged.

This is a good improvement in job employment and more could be done..though many economist feels it's a decline compared to past data. In Nigeria, it is a disaster . Rather than people getting employed, the reverse is the case. People get sacked. In this situation, entrepreneurship is the key. Start a business of yours
